Happy Friday to everyone! I want to end the week with an announcement that I KNOW many of you have been waiting for and will be thrilled with. Starting on October 2nd we will be adding a Saturday morning 9:15am FitCamp class. Please keep in mind that this class will be just like our weekly classes and count towards your membership usage. It will also be a great option for many 2-3 day members who may miss a class during the week and can now use Saturday morning as a make-up class. There is a spot on the main workout whiteboard at the studio for sign-ups each week if you plan on doing this class. *sign-ups not essential, just helpful for a headcount for class set-up.
Also, stay tuned for some studio announcements next week you won’t want to miss. We have some exciting changes and new things happening at the studio over the following few months. (All amazingly good stuff, I promise!) Until then, have an awesome weekend and we hope to see you at the studio soon!
