“How I found Ultimate FitCamp” – By Gary O.,  (FitCamp Member Since… 1204 BC) “I am now in my late 40’s.  Before FitCamp I was working out at a local gym. I was doing the things everyone else was doing with little results… most days riding the bike and watching T.V. I had always been an athlete. With raising a family, working and coaching youth athletics my personal fitness took a turn for the worse. Too boot I had back surgery in my early thirties which limited my running which I truly loved. I stepped on the scale and was astonished at what it showed 224 lbs and my back was killing me. I did all of the physical therapy and medication to alleviate my back pain. It did not work!! I came to the realizaton that it was do or die time for me. I joined Ultimate fitcamp and...

I took a trip to NYC for a few days with Angela, Emma and Angela’s sister Gloriah and we had a blast. I must admit the idea of going to New York was not the most appealing to me at first (I’m more of a woodsy guy). However, once we got there it was a great experience. We visited the Museum of Natuaral History, Empire State Building, Central Park and the 9/11 memorial site. We also found an incredible all organic, all natural restaurant named “Josies” that had amazingly tasty and healthy food.   FitCampers!  You may have already experienced that feeling of taking time off from FitCamp and coming back to the studio feeling like you never worked out a day in your life.   There’s no worse feeling than sucking wind, wishing class was over, only to look at the board and realize you are just finishing the warm-up.  When only weeks ago you were feeling lean, healthy, athletic and at your fittest. Nick and I see this alot especially during the summer months when many members go on vacation.  It pains us to see someone get so far with their health and performance only to be set-back by eating poorly and lying around on the beach for a few weeks.   To help keep this from happening to you, we just came up with a quick list of workouts to help you stay “FitCamp Fit” this summer. These workouts are short, high intensity and require NO equipment.   They are perfect for...

Lisa L. joined FitCamp last summer and she is fast approaching her 1 year anniversary with us. The other day she sent me this e-mail and I had to share it with you. Hey Patrick, Had to share something with you. Stopped at Old Navy today, bought 3 mini skirts, but that’s not the cool part. Last summer when I started with you, I had a pair of dress shorts I couldn’t fit into. They were a size 14. Today, the skirts are a size 8! I wanted to say thank you as always and let you know how much I appreciate your belief in me. Just thought I’d share that with you and tell you how much I love fitcamp! Yours in health, Lisa L. p.s. Kileed polar bear 100 today!! wahoo Thanks for the great e-mail Lisa!  Summer is almost here and because of all our hard work you can...
