Skill/Strength:  Pistols
Complete 3-4 sets of 10 reps/leg using hardest variation you can working up to body-weight unassisted pistols.

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Air Squats
Complete all reps of each exercise before moving on to the next.  30 minute CAP.
