THURSDAY 11.4.10
Wod 1 – “Death by Front Squats” (95/65/45)
-With a 1 minute timer, do 1 Front squat the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third minute……until you can no longer complete required repetitions during that 1 minute interval.
Wod 2 – 10 Minute KB Snatch Test (24kg/16kg/12kg)
-How many KB snatches can you do in 10 minutes? Alternate arms whenever you want.  Score equals total reps in 10 minutes.
