In a team of 2- Each partner must complete the following:
500m Row
400m Row
300m Row
200m Row
100m Row
One partner rows while the other partner is holding 2 KBs in the Front Rack position (53/35)
* If the KBs are dropped, 5 burpees must be completed immediately by each team member
