Dave D. forwarded me this pretty cool video yesterday and it gave me some great ideas for an upcoming FitCamp workout. See how many of the moves we do in class you can pick out while watching the video, I came up with 6.
1RM Clean & Jerk
Workout: Start with 1 Clean & Jerk (135/95) then complete 1 round of “Cindy” then 2 C&J’s then another round of “Cindy”, then 3 C&J’s all the way up to 10 C&J’s with 1 round of “Cindy” after each set. 30 min CAP.
