12 Deadlifts (155/105)
9 Hang Power Cleans
Buy-Out: Yoke Carry find max wt for 50′ in 5 attempts or under. Practice Free standing HS Holds for 5 min.
Team Training: WOD: Add muscle-ups to end of WOD. Time stops once m-ups complete (men 7/ women 5)
