All FitCamp Evening Classes are ON! The roads should be cleaned up pretty well by the 4pm class and Nick has put together a fun and challenging workout for ya! (with a little twist). So get the car cleaned off, the driveway shoveled and get to the studio for a good ol’ fashioned sweatfest with your FitCamp peeps.

100 Wall Balls
125 Box Jumps (24/20″)
150 Lunge Steps
175 Double Unders
Complete the following reps in any order any which way you can. (shhhh… there’s a secret twist to this workout, Nick’s going to add 2 burpees every minute, on the minute just as an added bonus. Good luck!)
