NEW Classes! – It’s no secret that we are growing. Take a look around the studio and there are many new faces. Due to our increase in memberships and growing class sizes we will be adding 3 new classes to the studio schedule starting this week.

FitCamp Hoodies
– We have 3-4 hoodies left over from our winter orders if you would like to grab one while they last. We won’t be getting in any more until the fall and they are super comfy! If you would like to buy one of our few remaining in stock simply e-mail Dawn.

Competition Team
– Great job to all on Saturday morning! The next workout, CrossFit Games Open WOD 3, will be posted on Tuesday evening at 8pm. Come to class a few minutes earlier than usual and talk to one of your coaches about doing a trial run of the workout on Wednesday instead of your normal FitCamp workout.

Paleo Challenge Final Weigh-ins
– Who’s been doing their Paleo homework and is going to come in and crush this weekend’s final weigh-in? We’ll be having an open weigh-in this Saturday morning from 9am-11am.

FitCamp Spring Party
