I came across this video yesterday and it made me think about all the excuses people make for not being able to fit in exercise, eat a clean diet or keep their health in check. The reality is that health is the most important thing in each of our lives. Without your health you have nothing and yet most people make excuse after excuse as to why they cannot squeeze in an hour a day of exercise or take the time to learn how to eat healthy. I am a firm believer that if you say you are too busy to exercise, eat right and live healthy then you are just TOO busy. So if you’re one of those people who can’t seem to get motivated to start living fit then check out this video and get inspired to do something about it today!
