The 3-Day Refresh will get your body back on the fast track to weight loss and new healthy eating habits. EXP will be hosting a 3 Day Refresh support group the Monday after Thanksgiving! (Perfect timing right!)

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
A) 4X3 Power Snatch- heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.
B) 4XME UB C2B Pull-ups – rest 90 sec.
L1- CTB (kip)
L3- Banded Pull-up (goal is more then 10-12 on first set)
WOD: [ Burpee Test ]
4 rounds of-2 min max Burpees, rest 30 sec between each round.
