A few week’s ago Emma was walking around the house signing this song and I had to share it with you. Plus, i’m one of those dad’s who will take any chance he gets to show off his little girl.
Today’s Workout: (not including warm-up, strength/skill sets, core/cardio and cool-down)

Nutri-Tip: Do you drink enough water? A good rule of thumb is to multiply your bodyweight by .5 and that is the number of ounces of water you should drink throughout the day. So, if you weighed 150 lbs. you would aim for 75 ounces or approximately 9 cups.
Motivation Station: (aka Patrick’s rant) If you are not happy with your body then change it. If you are not happy with your health then change it. If you are not happy with your diet then change it. Don’t blame anyone else, don’t make excuses and don’t feel bad for yourself. Simply decide to change and then get up and do something about it. My mom always said “you can do anything you put your mind to”. I will take this chance now to say the same thing to you. Now take action and live fit!
