WORKOUT Of the DAY:
Skill/Strength: 3 Position Snatch x 5 sets (Each set consists of 1 full snatch from the pockets, 1 from the hang position and 1 from the floor. Try to complete all 3 reps without dropping bar and build up to heaviest weight possible over 5 sets).
15 Power Snatches (95/65lbs)
20 CrossOver Push-ups
25 AbMat Sit-ups
3 RFT, 12min CAP
Optional Buy-out: 5 RNFT
Max Strict HSPU’s (Games Standard)
30 Unbroken Double Unders
