The class will be split into 2 teams to complete the following:
1) Max Prowler pushes in 10 mins. 1 athlete works at a time. Down & back=2 (100/50)
2) Max Box Jumps in 10 mins. 3 athletes work at t time. Each team will have 3 boxes: 30″/24″/20″
3) Max KBS in 10 mins. 3 athletes work at a time. Each team will have 3 KB’s: 70/53/35
Score= Total reps
