Team of 3:

7 min AMRAP at each station. Work in a team of 3, you must stay in order.

75' Prowler (140/90)
150m Row (3 rowers/team)
15 Push Ups
15 Sit Ups
225' Shuttle Run

2 min Rest between stations

Team Training:  Active recovery day

BOOT CAMP3 Pairs of supersets, one person works while other runs, each station a 6 minute AMRAP, rest 2 minutes between each station:

Shuttle Run 150’ out & back/ Push-up
Shuttle Run 150’ out & back/ KB Front Squat
Shuttle Run 150’ out & back/ RB Bicep Curl
