REGIONALS UPDATES:  Friday May 17th-Sunday May 19th CF EXP athletes- Team: Steph, Angela, Mel, Leo, Brian, Matt W  (Alternates: L1, Matt E) Individual: Tiff. Class Schedule: Friday & Saturday 8am ONLY,  All other classes cancelled. Head down to Reebok Headquarters in Canton, Ma to cheer on our athletes!  Directions from the gym. Heats will change daily based on rankings.  Check our facebook page throughout Regionals weekend for updates.
