FITCAMP DAILY DOSE: Today’s Workout: (not including warm-up, strength/skill sets, core/cardio and cool-down) “300” – 25 Pull-ups – 50 Deadlifts (135 lbs. for guys, 95 for girls) – 50 Push-ups – 50 Box Jumps (24″ guys, 20″ girls) – 50 Floor Wipers (135 lb men, 95 lb women, per side) – 50 KB Cleans (36 lb men, 26 lb women, per side) – 25 Pull-ups This workout was named after the movie “300” and it is said that the actors in the movie got their ripped abs from doing this workout a few times per week.
