2013 CrossFit OPENS Update: It’s hard to believe another year has passed and the first WOD of the 2013 CrossFit OPENS will be announced in just one week on Wednesday, March 6th at 8pm (ish). Before getting into the details of how the OPENS will work at EXP please take a moment to register HERE if you haven’t already done so. Whether you are training for the games or are brand new to EXP we encourage all members to register for our CrossFit EXP Opens team and be a part of this experience. Starting next week we will start our 2013 OPENS season. Cheri Carchidi joined CrossFit EXP back in June of 2010 and trained with us through November of 2011. On Saturday, February 23rd we lost a loved, respected and important part of our EXP family when Cheri passed after a year long battle with Cancer. Our deepest condolences go out to Lauren and her family at this time. Cheri was a wonderful woman who will be missed dearly by us all.
