Q: What brought you in to crossfit? I was feeling out of shape, couldn’t seem to motivate myself, and I knew I needed to make a change. Running used to be a big part of my life, and I was looking for something to help get me back into exercise. I saw an advertisement on Facebook for the 6 week EXP Bootcamp, so I took a chance and never looked back. Q: What was your first impression of CrossFit EXP? It was a little overwhelming at first, in regards to the workouts, but everyone was so helpful and the coaches did a great job modifying the workouts to my comfort level.
